Physicians are the front line of the delivery system. Engaging physician leaders in the business and helping them develop their leadership skills can be highly beneficial. 

During his time at The Iowa Clinic, Ed and his team realized this need and made leadership development a cultural priority. It left a meaningful and lasting impact. The experiential learning that was led and facilitated by outside consultants turned into a 10-year relationship.

More than 60 physicians and several management personnel completed this engaging, eight-month course. Participants learned as much about themselves as they did about how to become an effective leader. Now Edvisory and its partners are helping other organizations do the same.
